We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to return a product, please carefully review the following terms and conditions:

Return Eligibility

To initiate a return and receive a refund, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

• Timely Submission: You must complete and submit the online Return Form within seven (7) working days from the date of receiving your order.
• Product Condition: The products you wish to return must be in their original, unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition. They should comply with the requirements outlined in the Compliance Checks section below.
• Identification Tag: The products must still have the original identification tag attached, along with the disposable seal.
• Original Packaging: Please return the products in their original packaging to ensure their safe transport.
• Return Shipping Timeframe: The returned items must be received by the Vendor within seven (7) working days from the date the package was delivered to you.

Refund Process

Once you’ve met all of the above requirements, the Vendor will initiate the refund process. You will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the returned products. However, please note that any duties, taxes, or fees paid for the delivery of the purchased products will not be refunded.

Product Condition Requirements for Returns

For the successful processing of returns, please ensure that your returned product(s) meet the following condition requirements:

• The product(s) must be in pristine, unused condition.
• All protective materials must be intact and unaltered.
• Tags and stickers, if originally included, must remain attached to the product(s).
• Ensure that all accessories and accompanying documents are included.

We maintain the right to decline any return if the product exhibits signs of wear, has been used, or has altered from its original condition in any manner. Alternatively, we may adjust the refund or exchange amount accordingly in such cases. Your cooperation in adhering to these condition requirements is appreciated.
